Meaning insights. I do like the fact that some of they were kinda critically reviewing social networking.

Social Networking is a part of Web 2.0 right?

Wonder what Web 3.0 holds in store for us?

Mark, Two iPhone apps in this space are getting lots of attention.

1) Ribbit is an voice to text application that works on iPhone, Blackberry and other phones that takes your voice, or that from an email and transcribes that into text that can be directed to one of several places. One of the key capabilities with Ribbit is that the converted text can be placed directly into the appropriate Salesforce.com field. I am in the process of writing a short series of posts on this tool that will be posted in April.

2) ShoutOUT is a new iPhone app from Promptu that converts your voice into an SMS or text message, allowing you to update your Twitter or Facebook simply by talking your comments. It is the first voice-to-SMS app for the iPhone. You can learn more about this application by visiting http://www.promptu.com/

If you know of more, share the secret!

Miles, what is the new iPhone app that you can dictate to and it translates your speach to text? I overheard a co worker talking about it today, but they did not know the name of it either.
