I just wanted to note that search tools are very important for companies. But if there is only one tool available for them, the problem can be that this tool does not fit in the requirements of companies. So it's also very important to have the choice between different search tools.
For outlook the customers are able to do this. For example for Lookeen which is a bit different. This tool's features are more concentrated on the functionaliy to work with exchange, terminal servers/citrix and it's made to do the most wanted function: searching for contents in outlook.
For informations about this tool, please visit http://www.lookeen.net
