Their service is lousy. I've had an outstanding issue for months that nobody can be bothered to rectify along with emails that never get responded to. I've never come across a company with worse customer service. Have a look at wiziq.com which is free - also I was with Webex in the past and even though their service was not wonderful it certainly was better than Citrix gtw. Now with the fee increase I would suggest anybody looks elsewhere as it is simply no longer worth it! I’ve asked gtw why they increased their fees and no response. Their service is lousy.
